1 cup milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
1 cup cracked ice
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Process on high for 1-2 minutes or until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.

Disappointing. Almost no lemon flavor at all, despite adding lemon powder in addition to the lemon juice. Tastes like a weak banana milkshake.
Did you use fresh lemon juice? Maybe it wasn't as fresh a lemon? The lemon flavor isn't overpowering but it isn't overwhelmed by the banana either so I would try again with maybe a fresher lemon.

I used crystal light lemonade and fat free ice cream and fat free milk. YUMMMO!
