Hot Clam Stuffing Dip

30-60 minutes
ingredients
2 cans (6.5 ounce size) minced clams
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 pound butter
oregano, to taste
1 medium onion, minced
parsley
1 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
3/4 cup italian bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese, to taste
crackers
directions
Simmer clams in juice (5 minutes). Add butter, oregano, parsley and onion. Simmer 5 to 8 minutes.
Add bread crumbs, cheese and mix. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
Serve on crackers.
