1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup pineapple tidbits or chunks, well drained
1 cup mandarin orange slices, well drained
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 cup Cool Whipfrozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
Combine the coconut, pineapple, oranges, marshmallows, and nuts in a bowl. Fold the whipped topping into the fruit mixture.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving (or up to 4 hours).

I make this salad often. Instead of cool whip I use light sour cream. This makes the salad less sweet and really refreshing.
