A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.


1 can (11 ounce size) mandarin oranges, drained
1 can (8 ounce size) pineapple chunks, drained
1 jar (10 ounce size) maraschino cherries, drained
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 container (12 ounce size) sour cream
1/2 bag (14 ounce size) coconut
1 bag (10 ounce size) miniature marshmallows
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well to coat everything in the sour cream.
Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until well chilled.
Serve chilled.
