ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
directions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
In a large bowl, with a pastry cutter or 2 knives, combine all the ingredients until crumbly. Using your hands, form into a smooth ball and pat evenly into an 8-inch square baking dish. Prick the top all over with a fork and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden.
Allow to cool and cut into little squares.
