Papaya Bread

ingredients
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups papaya pulp, mashed
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
nuts (optional)
directions
Cream margarine and sugar, adding eggs one at a time. Beat well.
Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with papaya pulp, then add nuts.
Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 hour.
