Old Fashioned Crackling Bread

ingredients
2 cups southern cornmeal
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup cracklings
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
directions
Sift cornmeal, salt and baking soda together. Add milk and stir in cracklings.
Form into oblong cakes and place on greased baking sheets. Bake in 450 degrees F oven for 3 minutes.
