ingredients
2 cups graham flour (or whole wheat)
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups low-fat buttermilk
directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine both flours, sugar and salt. Combine baking soda and buttermilk. Stir into flour mixture just until blended.
Pour into a sprayed 9- x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until center tests done. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
