ingredients
1/2 cup warm water
2 large egg whites
4 tablespoons fruity olive oil
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
directions
Add ingredients to the bread pan according to the manufacturer's instructions. Use the Basic settings.
Turn the bread out as soon as it is done and cool on a rack. Wrap Italian Angel Food bread in foil for the best storage.
