ingredients
3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
directions
Beat egg whites until stiff then add sugar gradually. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into buttered pie pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Serve with whipped (commercial) topping.
