ingredients
4 tablespoons sugar, divided
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled slightly
2 1/3 cups baking mix
1/2 cup milk
directions
Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
Mix half of the sugar with the cinnamon.
Mix remaining ingredients to a soft dough. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls into cinnamon-sugar.
Shape each into a ball and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve warm.
