ingredients

1 package (20 ounce size) frozen broccoli, can use fresh
2 cups cut up, cubed raw potatoes
2/3 onion, chopped
3 carrots, grated
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of chicken soup
4 cups water
1 pound Velveeta cheese cut into small cubes
salt and pepper, to taste

directions

Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on high for 1 hour, and low for 4-5 hours.

After the soup is cooked, remove about 1/2 of the potatoes and blend them with a hand blender and return them to the pot.
