8 pounds ham, roast beef, or corned beef
50 hamburger buns
3 quarts white sauce (cheese sandwich sauce, American or Cheddar or Swiss)
directions
Wafer-slice meat into 12x10x2-inch pans. Cover and heat to 165 degrees F in the oven.
To serve, place open bun on plate. Portion 2 1/2 oz. meat on bottom half of bun.
Ladle 1 1/2 oz. (No. 30 dipper) sauce over meat.
