1 pound crab meat
12 ounces grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup butter
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon salt
4 English muffins, halved
directions
Preheat broiler.
Mix all ingredients except crab meat, then fold in crab meat. Spread on English muffin halves.
Place on baking sheet and broil until browned. Serve warm.
