The combination of fresh greens, grapes, cucumber, and blue cheese is flavorful and nutritious, and the dressing ties it all together. Best of all, it can all be thrown together in a trash bag – no muss, no fuss!

ingredients
4 cups fresh lettuce or mixed greens
1/2 cup toasted pine nuts or sunflower seeds
1/2 cup halved seedless grapes
1 cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 cup sliced grape tomatoes
1/2 bottle (16 ounce size) Italian dressing
directions
Combine the lettuce, pine nuts or sunflower seeds, grapes, cucumber, blue cheese, and tomatoes in a unused trash bag or other large container. Toss the ingredients to evenly disperse them.
Add the Italian salad dressing and toss again to coat everything evenly in the dressing.
Serve immediately.
