ingredients
SALAD
2 heads Bibb lettuce, washed
4 green onions, sliced
6 fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 tomatoes, cherry, sliced
2 artichoke hearts, quartered
DRESSING
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/2 lemon, juice of
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
salt
black pepper
1 dash tarragon leaves
1 dash fresh parsley, chopped
1 dash oregano
1 dash basil
1 dash garlic powder
directions
For Salad: Prepare salad ingredients in large bowl. Add dressing and toss lightly.
For Dressing: Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve over salad greens.
