SALAD
1/2 head chopped lettuce
1 large tomato, diced
6 ounces smoked ham, diced
10 green olives
4 ounces Swiss cheese, diced
1/2 cup fresh grated Romano cheese
DRESSING
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1 lemon, juiced
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Toss the chopped lettuce with the tomato, ham, olives, and both cheeses. Place in a covered container in the refrigerator until chilled (1-2 hours).
When ready to serve, combine the dressing ingredients in a shaker or blender until well mixed. Pour over the salad, toss gently, then serve immediately.
