Beer Marinade For Beef

ingredients
2 cans (12 ounce size) beer
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons lemon juice
directions
Combine all the ingredients in a zip-top plastic bag. Add your favorite cuts of beef. Seal the bag and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
Discard the marinade then grill or cook the beef as desired.
You can reserve some of the marinade before adding the beef and use it later as a basting sauce while grilling.
