1 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1 1/2 bananas, peeled and sliced
3 ice cubes
1/4 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1/2 teaspoon nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1 tablespoon wheat germ
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
