ingredients
2 cups milk
1/4 cup melted butter
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup Bisquick
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 10-inch pie plate.
Combine the milk, butter, eggs, vanilla, brown sugar, and Bisquick in a blender. Process on high speed until the mixture is smooth (scrape down the sides as needed).
Pour the mixture into the prepared pie plate. Place in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the pie comes out clean.
Let the pie cool to room temperature on a wire rack then chill completely before serving.
