Old-Fashioned Coconut Pie

ingredients
4 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup self-rising flour
2 cups milk
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 package (7 ounce size) flaked coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into two greased 8-inch glass pie dishes.
Bake at 300 degrees F for 45 minutes or until top of pie is golden brown.
This pie makes its own crust.
