This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.

The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

Delicious and easy to make!!!

I think this should have cooked longer than 50 minutes, I could tell it was very liquid in the center when I took it out of the oven. I guess I'm impatient :) 2 or 3 hours of cooling didn't seem enough either, BUT! OMG. It was DELICIOUS even with the warm liquid center!! Amazing, thank you so much!! (I also threw about a 1/3 cup of chocolate chips in since the bag of butterscotch chips was about 1 2/3 cups)
