2 full sheets (4 rectangles each) reduced fat cinnamon graham crackers
6 tablespoons fat free whipped topping
directions
Sandwich the cream between the crackers and freeze until set.
NOTE: Tastes even better than real ice cream sandwiches. These are so good, I make a lot of them and keep in the freezer. Wrap them each in plastic wrap.
