Nut And Cheese Stuffed Celery Sticks

ingredients
12 crisp tender celery sticks
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese
3 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
directions
Trim the celery sticks and cut into 4-inch pieces.
In a small bowl, combine the crumbled blue cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream. Stir together with a wooden spoon until smoothly blended. Fold in all but 1 tbsp. of the chopped walnuts.
Fill the celery pieces with the cheese mixture. Chill before serving, garnished with the reserved walnuts.
VARIATION: Use the same filling to stuff scooped out cherry tomatoes.
