It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

Step up your snack game with this honey peanut butter popcorn recipe. This delicious treat takes classic popcorn and elevates it with a sweet and nutty coating made from honey, peanut butter, and a touch of vanilla.
ingredients
2 quarts popped popcorn
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
Place the popped popcorn in a heat proof bowl. Place waxed paper or parchment on a rimmed baking sheet.
Combine the sugar and honey in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a rolling boil.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
Pour the honey peanut butter mixture over the popcorn, stirring the popcorn to coat it in the mixture.
Spread the honey peanut butter popcorn on the lined baking sheet to cool. When cool, store the popcorn in an airtight container.

Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.
Love buffalo wings? Get that same hot, zippy flavor in everything from deviled eggs to enchiladas. And of course: wings.

Very yummy and quick to make. I halve the recipe and it makes enough for my family of 4. Remember to remove the unpopped corn before coating in the honey mixture.

LOVE THIS recipe! A church group memeber made it a few nights ago, and it was amazing! I tried to make the same recipe, and it didn't turn out quite as good. I didn't know how many 'cups' are in a 'quart', so I'm sure it was my calculation error and that I needed more corn. Will definitely try this one again! Very popular with all of us.
There are 4 cups in a quart.
