Boston Baked Peanuts

ingredients
2 cups raw Spanish peanuts
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a heavy medium skillet, cook peanuts, sugar and water over medium heat until all liquid is absorbed and peanuts are coated with sugar (about 20 minutes). Sprinkle with salt.
Transfer to a greased jelly roll pan. Bake for 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes. Spread on foil to cool.
Store in an airtight container.
