ingredients
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
2 1/2 cups coconut
directions
Beat cream cheese and pineapple until mixed real good in a small mixing bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 30-35 minutes.
Roll into small 1 inch balls, then roll in coconut. Refrigerate 6 hours or better overnight.
