Peach Custard Cake

ingredients
CRUST
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup soft butter
BATTER
1 large can sliced peaches in heavy syrup, sliced, RESERVING
1/2 cup peach syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg
1 cup evaporated milk
directions
Cut butter into flour and salt. Press into 9 inch square pan.
Arrange peach slices on top of crust. Sprinkle with mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Mix syrup, egg and milk. Pour over peaches. Bake 30 minutes more.
