1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
Combine all the ingredients and store in an airtight container for up to 4 months.
Use on chicken, pork, fish, etc. Works well in place of curry powder.

1/4 cup of turmeric? Is that a typo?
As submitted, the recipe makes 1/2 cup and you'd only use small amounts as a seasoning, so I'm going to have to assume that the amount is correct.
