It's crazy how much sugar you can take in with a cup of coffee. You can still make a sweet, creamy cup of Joe without the added sugar. This pre-mixed blend with a touch of vanilla is a great option to have on hand.

3/4 cup non-dairy coffee creamer powder
3/4 cup sugar substitute (like Sugar Twin, Splenda, etc.)
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until powdery and mixed.
Pour the coffee creamer into an airtight jar and store at room temperature for up to 1 month.
To use, add 1-2 tablespoons of the coffee creamer to a freshly brewed cup of coffee and mix well. Serve immediately.

Make sure the non-dairy creamer is also "SUGAR-FREE". Otherwise, it will be extra sweet. In that case, why not just have an assortment of flavors (hazelnut, vanilla, cinnamon, ...) on the side and along with the artificial sweeteners.
