ready in:
  1-2 hrs

ingredients

3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 package active dry yeast
1/2 cup pineapple juice
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons butter
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup instant mashed potato flakes

directions

Combine all the ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the machine manufacturer. Set on dough cycle.

When the cycle is complete, remove the dough and form into a ball. Place the dough in a greased round cake pan.

Cover the pan with greased plastic wrap and set in a warm, draft-free place for 30-45 minutes or until doubled in size.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Remove the plastic wrap from the dough and place the pan in the oven. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-45 minutes or until the loaf sounds hollow when lightly tapped.

Immediately remove the pan from the oven and remove the bread from the pan. Place the bread on a rack to cool completely before slicing.

Store the bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3-4 days.
