3/4 cup warm water
1/3 cup chopped cooked spinach, squeezed dry
1 1/2 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
3 cups bread flour
1/4 cup instant mashed potato flakes
1 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
directions
Add ingredients to bread pan according to manufacturer's directions. Use basic cycle, light or medium crust.
Remove bread from pan promptly when machine completes cycles. Cool on rack before slicing.
