2 teaspoons dry yeast (not rapid rise)
3 1/2 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 cup honey
2 small bananas, sliced thin
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup water
1 cup raisins
1 teaspoon flour (use to dust raisins)
directions
Put all ingredients, except yeast and raisins, into the automatic bread maker basket in the order given. Place yeast in yeast dispenser.
Select "raisin" mode of baking for white bread. Start machine. When the "beep" sounds, add the raisins. Close door to bread machine and allow to complete bake cycle.
