1/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 pinch dried red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup red union, sliced
1 orange bell pepper, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 seedless cucumber, sliced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
1/3 cup black olives, halved
3 tomatoes
directions
Whisk vinegar, oil, pepper flakes, garlic, salt, cheese and oregano. Add remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
