Asian-Style Carrot and Cabbage Salad

ingredients
Salad
1 pound Napa or Savoy cabbage, cored and shredded
2 carrots, grated
2 scallions (spring onions), green and white parts, finely chopped
Dressing
1/4 cup peanut oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon dark sesame oil
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
directions
Combine the salad ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk together the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad. Toss to combine and serve immediately.
