2 Red Delicious apples, cored and thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon celery seed
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup sour cream
directions
Toss cabbage, apples and onions. Combine oil, vinegar, spices and sour cream.
Pour over salad and toss to coat well.
