ingredients
2 pounds chopped, cooked chicken
1 can mushroom soup
chile peppers to taste, seeded and chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1 package (12-count size) corn tortillas
brick or American cheese, grated
directions
Combine the chicken, soups, and peppers.
Place 1/3 of tortillas in the bottom of a baking dish. Top with 1/3 of the chicken mixture and a layer of cheese.
Repeat layers, ending with cheese.
Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
