Creamy Hawaiian-Style Chicken Over Rice

ingredients
1 large green bell pepper, cut in strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons salad oil
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can (13 ounce size) pineapple tidbits w/juice
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup almonds, slivered
directions
In saucepan, cook (over medium flame) green pepper w/garlic in oil until tender.
Blend in soup and pineapple juice, add chicken, pineapple tidbits, and soy sauce.
Heat, stirring now and then. Serve over rice. Top with almonds.

The recipe was OK. It tasted more like cream of chicken. I would suggested adding a little sugar, just to bring out the sweet pineapple taste.
