ingredients
2 1/2 cups cooked chicken or turkey
2 cans (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (5 ounce size) evaporated milk
1 1/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup margarine or butter, cubed
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 package (8 ounce size) medium egg noodles, uncooked
1/2 pound velveeta cheese, cubed
2 cups bread crumbs
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 13 inch casserole.
Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs. Place in casserole. Refrigerate overnight. Remove 1 hour before baking. Top with breadcrumbs. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes to set before cutting.
