Buffalo Style Empanadas

ingredients
3/4 pound lean ground beef
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1/3 cup purchased Buffalo wing sauce
1 can (16.3 ounce size) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup purchased ranch salad dressing, if desired
directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.
Add onions and Buffalo wing sauce, mixing well. Remove skillet from heat.
Separate dough into individual biscuits. Press or roll each to form 6-inch round. Spoon beef mixture evenly onto half of each biscuit round. Top each with 2 tablespoons cheese. Fold dough over filling and press edges to seal.
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 12-17 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ranch salad dressing for dipping.
