Tonkatsu Sauce (Japanese Ketchup)

This three-ingredient sauce could not be simpler! Ketchup, soy sauce and Worcestershire are all you need for a Tonkatsu sauce ready to top some crispy pork and a hot bowl of ramen.

ingredients

1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons soy sauce (preferrably Japanese)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

directions

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.

Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Delicious as a dipping sauce for pork.
