2-5 hrs
ingredients
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup ripe olives, pitted
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
4 ounces thin-sliced smoked salmon, gently flaked
2 cups uncooked farfalle pasta (bowtie pasta)
directions
In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, olives, garlic, oil, parsley, basil, oregano, and black pepper until well mixed. Gently stir in the salmon.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2-24 hours (do not let it marinate for over 24 hours).
30 minutes before you are ready to serve the recipe, cook the pasta as directed on the package. Drain well then toss with the salmon mixture.
Serve hot or chilled.

Ranking #1 in nearly every "favorite cookie" poll, the chocolate chip cookie is pretty much the go-to cookie of choice for both kids and grownups alike.
It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).
