1 Mandarin orange, in sections
8 slices red onion
1 bag (1 pound size) torn spinach
1 cup lowfat buttermilk
1/4 cup Crystal Light orange juice drink mix
1 clove minced garlic
directions
Toss together the mandarin orange, sliced onion, and spinach leaves.
In a jar with cap, shake the buttermilk, drink mix, and garlic.
Toss salad with dressing and serve immediately.
