Easy Breakfast Pizza

ingredients
1 can refrigerated pizza crust dough
8 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
8 ounces cream cheese
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease 12" pizza pan. Unroll dough onto pan. Press out dough to edge of pan. Bake 6 minutes until lightly browned.
Combine eggs and milk. Salt and pepper to taste. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add egg mixture and cook and stir until cooked but still moist.
Spoon egg mixture over crust. Drop cream cheese by spoonfuls over eggs.
Sprinkle top with bacon pieces. Bake 8-12 minutes until toppings are thoroughly heated.

Instead of using refrigerated dough and baking it, I just bought those pre-baked individual size crusts and then followed the rest of the recipe with the eggs and cream cheese and bacon. HUGE timesaver for breakfast before heading out for a busy weekend day with the kidlets.
