3 eggs
4 tablespoons water
1 pinch salt
1 pinch baking powder
flour
directions
Crack eggs in a large bowl, mix well, then add water, salt and baking powder. Mix well. Start adding flour. Use enough flour to make a stiff dough. Roll out and cut.
Let dry 30 minutes if you have time. Add to boiling broth. Cook until tender.
