A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.
Easy Broccoli-Rice Casserole

ingredients
1 small jar Cheese Whiz
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen chopped broccoli
4 tablespoons margarine
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cup instant rice
directions
Cook rice according to package directions. Melt margarine and soup in saucepan. Add thawed broccoli, soup, then Cheese Whiz. Mix well.
Cook over medium low heat, stirring occasionally until bubbly. Add rice and mix well.
Pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees F until bubbly and golden brown.
