1 1/8 cup water
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 oranges, grated rind of
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
directions
Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press start. After the baking cycle, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
