ingredients

3/4 cup lukewarm water
1 tablespoon butter or oil
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup vital wheat gluten
1/2 cup soy flour
1/2 cup oat flour
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons rapid rise yeast

directions

Combine all the ingredients in the bread machine in the order recommended by your machine manufacturer.

Set the machine for white bread with a light crust.

When the bake cycle is finished, remove the bread from the pan and let completely cool on a rack before slicing.

    Just an FYI, I thought something was missing. I noticed there wasn't any salt, but figured that since there was such a small amount of sugar, it wouldn't matter. I was wrong! If I make this again, I will have to add salt.
