This recipe could put commercial bakers out of business. I also modified this recipe to make a great rye bread. Substitute one cup of rye flour for one of the bread flour. Add: 2 tablespoons of molasses 2 tablespoons of brown sugar 4 teaspoons of baking cocoa Bake following the original recipe directions.
