ingredients
2 1/2 teaspoons dry active yeast
1 1/3 cup bread flour
2/3 cup rye flour
1/3 cup wheat germ
2 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 tablespoon oil
3 tablespoons honey
1 cup warm water
directions
Combine all the ingredients in the bread machine in the order recommended by your machine manufacturer. Set the machine to white bread, light crust.
When the bread is done, remove the bread pan from the machine and let cool on a rack for 5 minutes. Remove the bread from the pan and let cool completely on a wire rack. Store the bread in an airtight container for 2-3 days at room temperature, or freeze the bread tightly wrapped in plastic.
